It’s a bacon kind of day…
This is the delicious zucchini and bacon muffin I just baked (thanks to for her busy mum’s guide to weight loss on a budget” cookbook for the recipe).
I was making these for school and work lunches, but they smelt and looked so good I had to try it!
Also bacon and avocado on GF english muffin…which I had already made.
Won’t need to eat until dinner now 😁

Met a friend on my morning walk this morning…

I love weekends to have the time to cook up a storm for brunch - but I always like to add some colour and healthy goodness!

I went away to a conference last week and I was so grateful for my minis ❤️

Happy international women’s day for yesterday.
I work with so many strong, intelligent, kind, diligent, amazing women. Largely they work tirelessly, graciously and without question or complaint.

It was important to me to acknowledge and celebrate them.

So I sat up all night (the night before) and handmade them each a card, (about 20 in total) and I wrote a personal message noting their great qualities and praising them.

I delivered them to each one, wrapped up with love and some skincare samples to encourage them to indulge in a few moments of self-love.

The best part - I got lovely messages back of gratitude and appreciation for being appreciated. Some even paid it forward, and did their own acts of appreciation for other extraordinary women they knew. ❤️

So this is an extension of that - to all the women and girls in my life, and any others that read this. Know that
