Hair and makeup on my beautiful client yesterday for a wedding reception party. We went for a simple bun as the last time she had her hair done it was too voluminous for her liking.

Love Yourself: Answer inspired look 💗💜💙

We were asked to do a look today for work, inspired by our fav album and my all time fav is the YG entertainment Bigbang MADE album 👌🏽 However, I wasn’t going to wake up at 6am to do a black smokey eye with 4 yellow lines through it. The next in line was of course BTS 💜

I am obsessed with how this look turned out! The pastel shadows from the Morphe x Ponysmakeup palette are so pigmented and buttery 😍

I had the absolute pleasure of doing Simrana’s hair and makeup for her gorgeous sisters wedding.

We decided on a rose gold eye and a twisted bun to pair well with the beautiful salwar kameez colour and the dupatta draped on her head. Doesn’t she look so breathtaking?! 😍 Forever grateful whenever someone decides to make me a part of such a special day 🙏🏽✨ Cannot wait to see all the professional pics!

Last week I had the absolute pleasure of doing Sharee’s bridal makeup, her gorgeous Mum’s makeup and attending her beautiful wedding❤️ Forever grateful and will always remember this day and the amount of trust Sharee put in me to glam her up.

Sharee usually doesn’t wear makeup, so we kept the look very natural looking and skin like, asides from the eyes. Sharee really wanted to have more bolder eyes to make them pop and tie in with the Indian headpiece (maang tikka) that she wore.

Lash lift and tint client ✨

This was Clare’s first time getting a lash lift and tint and look at how much of a difference a lift did to her natural lashes. By tinting the lashes this makes the lashes look much fuller and voluminous.

Lash lifts last around 8-12 weeks after which it is recommended that clients return for a lash lift.

💡Tip: Do not get your lashes wet for the next 48 hours after getting a tint and lift because water will alter the bonds in the hairs cortex once they have set via the lifting solution.

Lash lift and tint client ✨

As you can see in the before photo the lashes are straight. By performing a lash lift and tint, you can see how the lashes have a natural curve and lifted look.

Lash lifts last around 8-12 weeks after which it is recommended that clients return for a lash lift. This is also dependant on natural lash loss as our eyelash growth cycle is generally around 2 months. Also, the clients after care is just as important because if you aren’t looking after your lashes post treatment, the lift and tint won’t last as long.
