With the end to the Season in sight, I thought I’d begin my reflections on my first season competing.

Chris, .coaching you are incredible. I don’t call you my No 1 Coach for no reason - you bloody well deserve the title. You have travelled from your sanctuary in Bali for my shows, to be present and support because you truely care. I acknowledge how annoying I am by opening my message with ‘it’s me again 👋🏻’ and you always promptly and politely reply. You continue to show me that you are always in my corner and to be honest I don’t think you realise how truely amazing you are but others in the industry do! It’s an honour to call you my coach.

SHOW DAY 2 .australia
This one was SPECIAL. I never thought I’d experience such an electric crowd as an athlete in my life! The cheers were deafening, the posing was hitting and we came in looking a hell of a lot tighter and fuller than show one. Felt like I actually got to go out and put on a show and gave me that itch to do it all again. Only 2 days to go until our last show but safe to say THE SNOOZE HOUND HAS AWOKEN 😎✌️

This show brought the energy, such a sick way to end the bodybuilding season for 2026

I was honestly not even considering doing another show post ICN but I wanted to push through and run it one last time before a very much needed break/offseason

Honestly bodybuilding does really take away from other aspects of your life especially in a contest prep so I’m definitely looking forward to prioritising business/content/functioning like a normal citizen of society

I took a lot on during this prep (started my online coaching, started part-time physio in clinic, started working as a head NPL football physio)
Which maybe wasn’t the smartest idea but I’m glad even amongst all that was added to my plate we came in with a much improved package and at the end of the day that’s really all that matters

Shoutout to ANB for an incredible atmosphere we’ll be back for sure ⚔️

The memories created throughout this prep will stay with me forever.

One of the biggest highlights for me was spending a week with his family his dad cooking for me every single day, sitting together, laughing, enjoying the process… honestly, it felt like home. 🙏

Through this coaching journey, more than clients, I’ve collected brothers, friends, and lifelong mates.

This moment is a huge milestone for me as a coach, but none of this happens without every single client who trusted me from day one of this journey. 💪
