Wahgwan Alderley! we got some great news today,
We are getting a new awning!
The shop will be closed from the 17th - 19th of November whilst this is sorted out and bookings for those days will be unavailable.

Thank you to every single one of you thats been there to lgo off about it and helped us laugh at it, to witnessing the stress and worry oozing from the pores, and enjoying the win too!
To a massive thank you to those that gave their time and knowledge to help us out with the situation that ended up unfolding we wouldnt be still standing without this great community holding us up.

Hi everyone,
As the business is growing and has found its feet,
We are now required to charge Goods and Services Tax also known as GST. (10%)

You will notice on your next booking that there has been a slight price increase.
This does not affect the businesses profitability.
The increase goes to our trusty government and helps do things like, off set taxes not paid by billionaires and negatively geared investment properties, hoard resources, make healthcare a nightmare and fail to support our most vulnerable.

We have chosen to make this increase what it is to be able to still pay ourselves minimum wage, survive a yearly rent increase, keep the lights on, and continue giving you the time and the service you all deserve.
These prices will take effect from the 9th of February 2025.

As everything else seems to go up, except wages its unfortunate that another essential service has to aswell. ,
Onto a brighter note,

The Barbershop is about to have its first birthday too so we would love to say thank you for choosing to come to Kin and share our lives in and outs together through hair and conversation. Its something that we cherish here, and what has been built as a community is so rad.
