Hence, I have partnered with in Birtinya to ensure the care I have provided my clients, and will continue to provide, will not change. PSQ is a board-certified surgeon-led clinic, specialising in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as non-surgical cosmetic aesthetic procedures. I have just arrived home from a much needed break, cruising beautiful north QLD and noticed that it was quite difficult for me to maintain routine during this time due to the fact that I had other things on my mind (like sipping on cocktails by the pool 🤪). I think it’s extremely important to not let your regime start to feel like a chore! Here are a few holiday tips to keep your skin up to shape, but most importantly protected during these summer holidays.

🥂 Prioritise hydration; this is paramount for not only evidential physical needs, though will maintain moisture levels within the skin

🥂 Use a good quality, medical grade cleanser, and DOUBLE cleanse! In addition to the usual dirt, dead skin cells and external pathogens, we sweat more during summer months, therefore we need to make sure our skin is completely cleansed of such at the start and end of each day

🥂 Apply a 50+ SPF, and re-apply as necessary, if not more frequently. We all know the implications of QLD sun! Don’t forget your lips!

🥂 Don’t let your skincare regime become a chore. It’s okay to rarely skip out here and there, we all need time to relax and reset. Don’t be so hard on yourself Xx

As we approach the end of 2024, I’d like to thank each and every person who has supported me throughout my journey this year.
