I love these kinds of messages! I just received this:
"Hi Kathryn. I need to get underarm deodorant off you and some more samples. Can you use this for men with hairy armpits? I love it..Need to buy a tub for me!"

To answer that question for all of you... Yes! It's exactly the same as for women you just rub the cream in, however men may need to do it for a few more moments to make sure it's touching the skin and not just on the hair :)

Question: Our top selling Whipped Coconut Oil and Vanilla Bean Moisturiser and Whipped Coco-Lime Moisturiser need to be kept cool and sometimes in our Aussie heat, in the fridge.

My question is: Would you happily keep your moisturiser in the fridge or would you prefer a different base with no coconut oil?

Yum yum! :) I personally love green tea without any extras and I feel better when I'm drinking more of it. Do you drink green tea?

Green Tea

Confession time. Lots of you will think I'm nuts and I'm ok with it... I mean I did declare it right in the title of this page😉.
I drink ALOT of green tea in a day. Since losing a lot of weight I noticed I became cold all the time... And then the seasons got colder and I was struggling if not refusing to drink water because it made me colder. So like anytime I see a problem with my diet I tried a new strategy. I decided to drink tea instead. I already used tea as a 'snack'... as it fills the need for that hand to mouth action. But I decided to get my water intake in the form of something warmer and also very healthy... Green Tea, to be exact.
I'm with all the people who don't like the taste... I get it. There are pomegranate green teas or other naturally flavoured ones that you could try. But I put lemon slices and honey in mine and I like it that way (more recently I've cut out the honey and gone with stevia sweetner). I read an article that said that if you put lemon in the green tea you absorb 80% more of the benefits...who knows really. I do know that the lemon is also very healthy and cleansing to the system too, so I always have them on hand for my tea.
Do yourself a favour and read about the benefits of green tea... My favourites are 'speeds metabolism', 'detoxifies' (I don't have cravings like I used to), 'healthy skin', 'boosts immunity', 'prevents diabetes', 'burns fat', and on and on and on...do a search on green tea for yourself! Even if I haven't always loved the taste of it (which I now have acquired) I treated it like medicine or a daily vitamin.
So here's my confession. You know those giant Bubba mugs? Well I load my 1.5L up with 3 teabags and fill it with the hot water, lemon, stevia (or honey)... That thing stays hot/warm for 8 hours and I sip on it all day. Yep... I'm too lazy to make a few teas throughout the day so I make a giant one. Lol... But then I know how much water intake I've had, I'm not snacking, it's REALLY good for me, and I'm warm... So for me it works😁.
