As we head into my busiest month of the year, I just need to gently pop this here so everything runs smoothly for all of us.

I’m fully booked for December, which means any changes to appointments really affect the flow of my days, and the clients on my waitlist hoping for a spot.

✨ If you need to reschedule, please check your confirmation email and give 72 hours’ notice.
✨ Cancellations within 48 hours will now incur a fee so I can protect my time and honour the clients waiting behind you.

I know life happens, I just need to keep things fair and manageable through this season.

Thank you for always being so respectful, supportive and understanding.
