We have a pretty unique space at NHMLASH, 4 stations set up in a semi open layout means that quite often you might overhear or even engage and have a laugh with the other lash techs and clients.
Lately, with so much to unpack and discuss due to Covid related issues its only natural to want to talk about this at your appointment. I just want to reassure you that nothing has changed here.

We have been listening and discussing with you over the past few weeks and it has become apparent to me that many clients don’t have a safe space to voice their feelings or concerns regarding the pandemic so it has become more important to me that we can provide one.
I understand that everyone has their differences in opinion also, even so, we have set the tone so that opinions can be shared without becoming heated debates.
You have heard it a million times by now but it’s true “We are all in this together”
