3676 grafts with Dr Noosh.

12 months post procedure and a great example of what can be achieved with careful planning, conservative donor management and natural hairline design.

One of the biggest parts of a natural result is ensuring the transplanted hair blends correctly with existing native hair, paying close attention to angle, direction and long term progression of hair loss.

Every patient is different and the goal is always to create an age appropriate, natural looking outcome that will continue to look good over time.

Performed by Dr Nirush Rameswaran (AHPRA: MED0002004395) at Hairline Clinic Brisbane.

All surgical procedures carry risks. Individual results vary between patients. A consultation with a qualified health practitioner is required to determine suitability.

Please be careful, do your research before going anywhere, I am seeing more and more men that are getting terrible advice so their money can be extracted from them.
If you get a transplant and you’re not really eligible or there is no long term plan. YOU WILL END UP LOOKING WORSE

Hairline design is everything.

It is the difference between a result that looks natural and one that immediately looks like a hair transplant.

This is where true skill comes in. Not just placing grafts, but understanding facial proportions, angulation, density, and how your hair will look not just today, but in 5, 10, 15 years.

At Hairline Clinic, our doctors perform every single part of the procedure themselves. From design, to extraction, to implantation. This level of control is how you create a result that blends seamlessly and does not draw attention for the wrong reasons.

This is not something you will find everywhere.

Choosing a clinic is not just about price or graft numbers. It is about trusting the person designing your hairline, because that decision stays with you for life.

Do your research.

Results vary between individuals. All surgical procedures carry risks including infection, scarring, and variable growth outcomes. This information is general in nature and not a substitute for medical advice.

Worst part of a hair transplant?

For many people considering a hair transplant, the donor area is often overlooked before the procedure. Donor scarring can vary significantly between clinics and is influenced by both the tools used and the skill of the practitioner. Larger punch sizes may be used in some settings to increase graft yield, however this can increase the risk of visible scarring and may limit the ability to wear shorter hairstyles.

If a procedure does not meet expectations and requires revision surgery, this can further impact the donor area and reduce the available supply for future procedures. Donor management is just as important as the design and density of the transplanted area, which is why careful research and appropriate medical advice are essential.

Hair transplantation is a medical procedure and carries risks. These may include infection, scarring, shock loss, and variable or suboptimal growth. Outcomes differ between individuals and a thorough consultation with a qualified practitioner is required to determine suitability.
