📢 Important Update
A fire broke out inside our shop on Sunday. It left a big mess and caused quite a bit of damage, but the most important thing is everyone is safe.
Our team has been working hard to clean and fix what we can, but the shop still isn’t ready to reopen. We’ll be able to open a small part of the shop this Thursday, and we expect to be fully open by the end of next week.
Thanks so much for your understanding and support. We really appreciate you all. ❤️

We have now opened our books for December on Google. You can access this by searching Dr. Nails (Book online) on Google or click the (Book now) button on our Instagram
Please CHOOSE which STAFF member you would like to provide your service when booking as they will attend to you on arrival.
Booking from now to 1st Dec is still on our website as normal!

Hi everyone,
We will be closed for the following dates over Christmas and New Years. As bookings will be filling up very fast, please book in as soon as possible to secure a spot and avoid disappointment. We have officially opened up bookings for December today. We hope that everyone is able to secure a spot for their holiday nails 🥰

Dear customers
We have recently had some updates to our booking system which allow customers to reschedule their appointments and also schedule twin or group appointments. However, this has lead to some confusion. When booking, after you have selected your service and time that you would like to book in, you will be prompted to enter your details before either conforming your booking. There is now an option made available called “continue shopping” which allows you to book multiple services at once. Please ensure that you only have your desired service in the cart before confirming the booking and that you haven’t booked twice for the same service. Photo examples can be seen above. If any changes must be made to your appointment, check the email confirmation that is sent after you make your booking to 1. Activate your account if you have not done so already and 2. Click on “Manage bookings” where you are able to reschedule the appointment. However, online cancellation has not been made available at this point in time so please ensure that you have rescheduled the appointment and not rebooked twice. If you are unsure of anything PLEASE CONTACT US DIRECTLY via phone or email. We have had a lot of double bookings lately which prevents other clients from being able to book for vacant times and we have had a lot of no show for appointments lately so please respect the time of our staff and other clients by making sure you have booked in correctly with us.

Dear Value customers,
Due to unexpected circumstances, our current SNS & Nail art staffs will be leaving next week. Because of the busy season we are not be able to find other staffs to replace them so we sincerely sorry that the services: SNS, nail extension & nail art are temporary not available.
