My darling Nan will always be the greatest Mother figure in my life. Her unconditional love, kindness, generosity, understanding, empathy and warmth, helped shape me to the woman I am today.

I was blessed to live with her and my Pop for a number of my teenage years. They would often tell me “you’re the daughter we never had”.

Carnations were her favourite flower. And she loved a piping hot cup of black tea with every meal.

My darling Nan was the stability in what was an unstable childhood. I will always love you Nan xx

Here’s why we our family loves you…

I started making this beauty back in 2015 when I wanted a really thick, rich, luxe, gentle and super nourishing balm our entire family could use. Back then it was called Heavenly Hand & Body Balm.

It quickly became a staple in our household. We loved its soft scent and how well it soothed and repaired our sensitive skin.

Each winter, two of my boys would get a bit of eczema on the creases of their arms and legs, and so we would apply this beautiful balm.

During the cooler months I could never keep enough moisture in my hands as I was always washing them. A little of this balm to start the day gave them the nourishing protection they needed and just before bed, acted as a super-soothing and repairing overnight hand mask.

It even came in handy (and still does) when a bout of gastro or too much chilli hit and left bits of us feeling a bit red and raw!
