When you book an appointment at Envy, that time is reserved **just for you**. We roster a therapist, prepare a treatment room and hold that space in our appointment book because we’re expecting you.

That’s why we give our clients **48 hours’ notice** to cancel or reschedule.

When an appointment is cancelled or changed at the last minute—or someone simply doesn’t arrive—we often can’t refill those hours. The therapist is still rostered and paid, the business still has its expenses, but the income that appointment was expected to generate disappears.

Your deposit isn’t there to punish you.

It’s there to protect the appointment time we reserved especially for you — and to help protect the small business and the people whose livelihoods depend on it.

Small businesses can’t absorb endless empty appointments in the way a large corporation can.

So when you respect our 48-hour cancellation policy, you’re doing more than respecting a policy.
