I’ve been trying to find the words to describe how I felt after Sunday and honestly, I’m still processing it all.

When I first dreamt up this event, my only hope was that every woman would leave knowing more than when she arrived. Looking back now, I truly feel like we achieved exactly that.

The conversations we had throughout the day are the moments that have stayed with me. Women sharing their stories, saying, “That finally makes sense,” or “I thought it was just me.” Hearing that they felt seen, understood and less alone filled my cup more than I can put into words.

Together we learnt what is happening biologically during perimenopause and menopause, why our skin changes, how our mindset shapes the way we move through this season of life, and most importantly, that there are options and there is support.

One of my favourite parts of the day was watching everyone connect. Seeing women chatting with our incredible speakers, visiting our beautiful brand partners, discovering new products and continuing conversations around the room was everything I had hoped this event would become.

To our incredible speakers, our generous brand partners, my amazing team and every single woman who chose to spend her Sunday with us-THANK YOU. Your support, your trust and your willingness to be part of something new meant more than you’ll ever know.

Putting this event together felt brave. There were moments where I questioned whether it would all come together but your feedback has reminded me exactly why I wanted to create it in the first place.

The conversations don’t end here.

In fact, I think they’re only just beginning.
