What does a CranioSacral Therapy (CST) session look like?

If it’s your first time to the clinic, you can expect a short but thorough chat with your practitioner as they learn why you’re here, the status of your health and any specifics you’d like to share.

You’ll find your practitioner listens well with their ears, but also with their hands! You’ll hop on the table, fully clothed and your therapist will take a listen at different points on the body - starting here - at your feet!

Throughout your session, expect your practitioner to move gently and quietly; you can talk if you like and they may have queries as they locate restrictions or facilitate releases in the body.

After your session, you’ll like to sip some water and take it slowly. Your body has likely done a lot of work, even if all you did was lay quietly on the treatment table! Your therapist will have a treatment plan in mind for you, and the friendly clinic admin support team will assist you in any way you need!
