Well! It's been a while since this page was updated!

It's been a rather troublesome couple of years for the world in general & no indications of it slowing anytime soon.
Since the powers that be, were playing 'open, shut them' with salons 🎶, I used the time to study. A lot.

And the end result is that I have changed my direction & am teaching my skills to the next generations of Beauty Therapists!

I've been working at an Institute in the city since April & loving it, all my qualifications have been updated, new ones achieved & my students haven't made me cry yet (except with laughing 🤣)

I was so wrapped up in the Corona Virus thing that I missed the 5 YEAR milestone of Subtle Visage on 23rd March completely. Whodathunkit????🤣

I wish you:
All the hand sanitizer you can handle (there's a brewing company in Brisbane who will have bulk supplies from 1st April if you can wait that long).
May your bog roll last longer than your emissions. (I did see a collective of 5 packets on the shelves at Caboolture Coles yesterday...)
& I humbly pray (bonus 'thoughts' included) that you & your loved ones manage to avoid this virus.

Ok, I'll admit that I've been dithering.

My position is balancing (as my close friends would expect) precisely on the wire between stay home & go to work.

I've had pneumonia, when I lived in Melbourne & it's part of the reason that I live in QLD. My lungs simply don't cope with even a chill, let alone a common cold.

Yet I simply can't bear the thought that people that I care about will be in physical or mental pain while we're healthy.

Royal Rumble & The Great Southern Slam are postponed or cancelled.

The Prime Minister has decreed that Beauty Salons can stay open.

I have bookings at Beachmere on Wed & Mountain on Thurs. There are also a couple of available spots in both locations.

I'll leave it up to you. My hygiene standards are nuts, but then, they always have been.
