🐾Cubs and Rubs - baby/infant massage

Hello everyone ! So sorry it has been a while since we have been in touch. We hope you and your gorgeous bubbas are all well.

Karen and I have been taking on a lot of feedback from all of you. Everyone enjoyed the information days that we have held so far and the majority of you stated that you would be interested in learning more and coming to a group session.

Karen and I are still offering a 4 week course where each week we would guide and teach parents/caregivers the benefits of baby massage on different parts of your babies bodies in detail.

We would cover topics like relaxation, improved sleep patterns, relief from colic, wind and reflux, coordination development and many more. This course could also be condensed into 2 weeks if needed for the complete cost of $200

What we realised was that the 2 most important things for new parents is their time and money and that a commitment to this course and cost could prove to be difficult for some of you.so.....We've been thinking and decided to change things up a bit.

For us, our greatest pleasure is to help new parents feel empowered, feel confident and relaxed with your babies and enjoy this beautiful journey.

What we would like to do is offer individual classes for particular topics eg Sinus and congestion massage or Wind, colic and reflux massage or Relaxation for improved sleep.

These classes will run for approximately 1 hour and cost $50 per class. We will be taking groups of 6 -8 and starting out on Wednesdays. Other days are optional and were happy to be flexible. These classes will be held in our home at St Helens Park or if you are more comfortable and would like to have a group class in your home were happy to accommodate you.

🐾 Hi everyone...Just a little bit about what we offer at Cubs and Rubs. We are fully trained and certified Baby/Infant Massage Consultants. Our credentials are fully recognised by Massage Australia for continual professional development.

At every class we focus on a different part of your babies bodies, assisting and guiding parents through each stroke and technique. The 3 strokes we use for baby/infant massage are Indian, Swedish and Reflexology.

Some of the benefits include improved sleep patterns, relief from wind, colic, constipation and reflux, relief from sinus and chest congestion, it enhances coordination and helps you bond with your baby through this beautiful journey 🐾
