- Are you a cardio bunny? 🐰 If so you may look skinny fat with no muscle tone
- Weight lifting can help to build and preserve a muscle mass, and prevent metabolic slowdown💯
- Doing strength training will help your body to continue burn f@ts even after the workout while at rest😴
- This is so called “After Burn effect” which to help with weight loss💪
8️⃣ Stressed out? 🤯
- Are you overwhelmed ? Do you struggle to even breathe properly? Or any issues that you have to deal with?🥴
- Whatever reason, stress can be the underlying cause of your weight loss struggle, especially weight around the belly area🤰🏻

- Focus on nourishing your body with good food instead depriving it and weight loss will happen as a natural side effect🥰

4️⃣Binging on Healthy Food🥗
- Don’t “overuse” a phrase called “guilt-free treats” (“Healthy”🍪🧁)
- just because a food is categorised as “healthy”, it doesn’t mean give us the permission to eat as much as we want
- it is important to realise that one slice of healthy “raw” cake might have the same amount of calories as a slice of chocolate cake 🍰 🍫
- because something is healthy that doesn’t mean that you can help yourself to several servings and fool yourself into thinking it will not affect your weight loss progress
- all in all, even if something is healthy, the calories still count
- treat yourself in moderation ⚖️
5️⃣Stuck in the same routine 🥴
- if doing the same thing over and over again, and you have been on the same routine and losing weight for many months and you have hit a plateau, then you should take a break!⏸
- break from your workout, diet and just try something completely different
- Exp: Sleep more😴, eat more than you’re used to, try new activities🚴🏻♀️
- and just take it easy🧘🏼♂️
- the more stressed out on weight loss, the harder it is for you to progress📝

1️⃣Unrealistic Expectations
- Seldom have people increase a bunch of weight suddenly in a month
- It took months or even years for the weight to slowly creep on😨
- So, it will take some time to lose weight too🤗
2️⃣Losing weight without realising
- Our weight fluctuates every day
- can fluctuate in a day😳
- So U shud fix ur weight measurement at a fixed time everyday
- Because foods & beverages have weight, they affect our weighting result
- for better accuracy, use tape ruler to measure ur body😳
- And see how well ur clothes are fitting!😍
- Our body losing F@TS and gaining Muscle at the same time🙌🏻
- So the weight probably may remain the same in a short period of time!😲
3️⃣Water intake
- We need to drink 2.5 - 3 Litres of water daily!💦
- Drinking water be4 ur meal, will make u feel fuller, so u will tend to eat less! 😋
