We are launching Sunday Skin School - starting with skin needling certification day at Lite Nurse Clinic.

We’re excited to now offer naturopathic support for our Lite Nurse clients through Gabby.

At Lite Nurse, we’ve always believed skin health goes beyond what we do in clinic. While treatments help support the skin externally, factors such as hormones, gut health, stress, inflammation and nutrition can all play a role in overall skin health and long term results.

Gabby is a Clinical Naturopath and Dermal Clinician with a special interest in acne, gut health, hormones and skin health. With a background in dermal therapy and a holistic, evidence-based approach, she combines both internal and external skin knowledge to support clients from the inside out.

Her approach looks beyond surface level symptoms to create personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual, with a focus on realistic and sustainable support.

The clinic is feeling extra cosy lately & here’s what we’ve been up to

– Refining client skin routines (introducing cream cleansers + switching to the balm for barrier support)
– Lots of laser treatments coming through. Frax pro season!!
– Stand alone LED sessions (perfect little lunch break reset)
– Nurse L in clinic an extra day due to demand
– Laurel has added another day too (once you have a facial with her… you get it)
