My brother posted this today- how true

When u have to align the computer to be at a perfect height so ur not straining ur neck , so you can do some reading about reiki in order to learn how to heal yourself and others this is how you manage it ! Back straight sitting on my elephant pillow on the floor while my computer is on my Buddha pillow to make it eye level. Read for 5 mins then rest and come back.
This will take me for ever to do but I’m so determined and I think this position is finally the best-
Motivation is the key 🔑
