Hello and welcome to all my followers, I just want to say thank you to everyone of my clients. Because of you, I get to continue doing what I love.

The last few years I’ve been working on healing limiting beliefs and timeline therapy. More information soon to come…

So a little background about me, I was previously a hairdresser for 6 years before having a career change and I’ve never looked back.

I’ve been with my hubby for over 13 years and married for nearly 5 years, yep, I was only 15 when we started dating. We bought our first house in 2019 and moved down towards the beach where we have starting building our life and our community.

I’m a crazy dog lady who love my little fluff balls Lulu and Archie. If you are a client at my home clinic I’m sure they’ve greeted you at the front door with lots of licks and tail wags.

I love to cook and bake but hate the clean up after (who doesn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️).

When coming in with an injury it can actually cost you more as you need more appointments in a shorter period of time compared to regular appointments that are spaced out and suit your bodies needs.

Your next question may be how often should you come in? To be honest there is no one answer fits all. Every body is different and everyone is different. Everything depends on you and your lifestyle and your job. My job is to find your perfect number and what suits you and your lifestyle.

How many twitches did you see?

Ever had dry needling and wonder why you twice? The twitch is actual a neural response from the muscle to the brain and then back to the muscle. It happens to fast that it feels like it’s just the muscle twitching not a neural pathway.

The local twitch response occurs when the needle has been inserted into a taut band of muscle and then starts a biochemical change. If you get a twitch response it’s giving us feedback that we’re in the right area to make that particular trigger point less irritable which leads to you being in less pain.
