3 ways to protect your skin and reduce the signs of aging!

1. WEAR YOUR SUNSCREEN

Exposure to UV radiation is harmful and is associated with the development of common skin cancers. Wearing sunscreen daily reduces your risk of developing melanoma and nonmelanoma skin cancers by 50%.

Evidence reveals that regular sun exposure, without SPF protection increases premature aging, including age spots, sagging and wrinkles.

Give you and your skin the best chance by wearing your SPF everyday!

2. GOOD SLEEP HYGIENE

Poor sleep hygiene is associated with dehydration and decreased skin elasticity. Which enhances the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

3. OXIDATIVE STRESS

Oxidative stress occurs when the body has too many free radicals and not enough antioxidents to neautralize, supress or remove them from the body.

Free radicals are atoms within the body that are unstable and can exist independantly. These atoms cause harm to our cells which can result in illness and aging.

Antioxidants nuetralize and inhibit the formation of free radicals and protect the bodies cells from damage.

Main causes of free radicals: Inadequate diet and exercise. Obesity, smoking, excessive alcohol consumption and exposure to pollutants and industrial chemicals.

Definition & Lift.

Subtle enhancements to define the lip border and create lift.

Some swelling and erythema (redness) is present, however this is common side effect will subside within a few days.

Miss ‘L’ already has a beautifully full lower lip. Our goal for this session was to start small by defining the lip border and giving lift to the upper lip. 0.5ml was used to achieve this result.
