Ricky started this salon on one idea: enhance people, don't change them. Help someone become a better version of themselves — not a forced version of someone else.

That meant honest advice over upselling. Treatments that actually suit you, not whatever's trending this week.

Behind the scenes, Drew's kept the wheels turning — the steady hand to Ricky's creativity, making sure that vision never got lost as Bang Bang grew.

These days Ricky's focus has shifted — full-time mumma to little Asha. But that same energy hasn't gone anywhere. It's gone into the team — passing on the skill, the standards, the eye for what actually suits someone.

11 years later, that's still what makes Bang Bang, Bang Bang.
