✨ Important Update – Deposit Policy at Hair Concoctions ✨

To continue providing a smooth and reliable booking experience for all our beautiful clients, Hair Concoctions will now require a deposit for all appointments.

Why the change?
Deposits help secure your appointment, reduce no-shows, and ensure the time set aside for you is fully respected. This allows us to deliver the best service possible to every client.

How it works:
• A non-refundable deposit will be required when booking your service.
• The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of your appointment.
• If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
