Dear Clients,

I hope everyone had a very merry Christmas and a fun new years!

Thank you for your patience last year while I recovered from my arm injury which saw me taking 4 months off work and resuming to only minimal hours. This meant I wasn’t able to fit many of you in before Christmas :(

In going forward, I will be working only nights this year, at this stage.
I’ll be working Mon- Thurs for the rest of Jan and then I’ll be doing 2 nights per week (days yet to be decided as I work around the kids sporting commitments).

Thank you for your understanding and I’ll post what nights I’ll be working once sport resumes in term 1.

Time really got away from me at the end of last year so here is a very late Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Thank you for your support in 2024.

I am on holidays for a week from this Wed 22/1 – Mon 27/1. Then I will be back and ready to create beautiful hair for you guys!

A couple of changes will be happening that I would like to let you know about.

Online Booking System
I will no longer be offering an online booking system. Although convenient for my clients to self-book, this system has had a few issues. Due to vastly varying service times, it is hard to pre-set the system to show available time accurately resulting in appointment times overlapping or me having to manually adjust appointments. As well as the cost of the monthly fee involved.
Instead, I will just go back to taking Facebook messages, texts or calls so I can accurately book in the correct amount of time for your consultation and service.

Fees
For every eftpos transaction that is made, a 1.6% fee is taken out. For the past few years, I have absorbed this fee but with the rising cost of products, consumables and living in general, I will unfortunately have to pass this fee onto my clients now. This fee will be approximately $2-$3.50 for most services. If you do not wish to pay this fee, that’s no problem, my other payment options will still include cash and bank transfer at time of appointment (inc Pay ID).
I hope you can understand that this eftpos fee coupled with the monthly booking system fee can often exceed $100 per month for my little business.

New Hours from February
I am swapping Wednesday evenings to Thursday evenings due to my kid’s sports commitments.

My working days and hours will be:
Tues 5:30-9:30pm
Thu 5:30-9:30pm
Fri 9:30am – 5:00pm
Sun 8:00am-1:00pm
