J A C K O 🏸💪🏻🔥

Meet Jacko! Number 1 ranked squash player in vic and number 7 is Aus at the ripe old age of 14!
Jacko and I have been working hard in the gym and he is kicking goals - on and off the court 🙌🏻
We began working together in 2025 where Jacko used the training app to perform his pre programmed workouts - this year we’ve taken it up a notch and Jackson trains in the gym with me 1-2 times per week and performs his own training sessions too following his program remotely. He’s a weapon on the court and our current focus is longevity, building stability and strength and reducing the risk of injury. Some of the things Jackson’s noticing from his training:
🔥 faster on the court
🔥more confidence in the gym
🔥excited to get in the gym and work each day
🔥strength is up x 10
🔥loves the positive environment and energy of one on one coaching

Jackson heads off to train in America soon and will be following a program in the gym to complement his on court training.

TEEN FITNESS 💪🏼

This week I’ve had multiple teens using the school holidays to pop into the gym and learn how to move safely. Teens showing interest in training is AMAZING we love teaching the next generation. These brothers have been working with me online following a home program and today popped in for a PT sesh to fine tune their technique and get that extra push!

If your teens are keen on the gym but you want them to be lifting safely, efficiently and in a positive environment- reach out!
