Did you know, A lack of water means less radiance and more sag 😧 So choose products that have hydrating formulas.
And, of course, drink at least eight 250ml glasses of water a day 💧💙
The adequate hydration rate is 30 ml per kilogram of body weight.
So, for example, if you weigh 60 kilograms, you would drink 1.8 litres of water a day.

THE SKINCARE SYSTEM
You need to understand what order to apply the different products in to get the best results.
As a general rule, I'd advise applying the product with the thinnest consistency first, then building towards the thickest textures.
Remember to allow each product to sink in before applying the next.

• THE MORNING ROUTINE
Before you begin your morning make-up routine, apply your products in the following order: cleanser, toner, serum, eye cream, moisturiser, sun protection.

• THE BEDTIME RITUAL
Each night, apply your products in the following order: cleanser, toner, serum, face oil or moisturiser

• THE PERFECT DOSE
This will vary slightly from one brand to another.

Eye creams usually have a higher concentration of active ingredients, so use them around your nose, the

Hi 🙋🏼‍♀️ Id like to take a moment to introduce myself. I’m Nellie, the owner of The Glow Society. I am a qualified Dermal Therapist and Spray Tan Artist. To get to know me better, here are 5 tips random facts about Moi 💁🏼‍♀️

1. My journey with tanning began in 2008. A fake tan wearer since way back. Always on the lookout for the best spray tans which lead me to buy a spray tan gun of my own and as they say, the rest is history… In 2014 I decided to explore the beauty industry further and studied beauty therapy. Which lead me to further my studies and in 2020 I received the Dermalogica award for excellence. That same year I received the TAFE QLD Industry Trade Skills Student of the Year, across all Advanced Diploma and Diploma courses. Academically, my greatest achievement.
2. I have a blended family, with 5 kids between my partner and myself. Throw in a dog and a cat and we give the Brady Bunch a run for their money!
3. I have suffered from Acne on and off throughout my life. From the age of 14 up until my 40’s. Along with pigmentation and scarring, I can say my personal skin journey has been fun 😂 I do believe however this enables me to have empathy towards my clients, I want you to achieve your dream skin too.
4. I have a coffee addiction. Terrible actually, 3 coffees before 9am. My coffee order is small double shot cappuccino on almond milk if I’m feeling fancy or just a plain long black ☕️
5. I love to sing (especially in my car) and dance. I’m not great at either. Apparently, I have a terrible voice, just ask my daughter, she loves to express how tone deaf I am 😂 these simple pleasures make me happy!
