There is something sacred in that moment when you realize your past, with all its pain, failures, old beliefs, and broken chapters, is no longer holding the pen.

It may still whisper silently in your ear, but it no longer commands.
That’s EMPOWERING.

The weight you carried isn’t gone because it never existed, it’s gone because you stopped believing it belonged to you.

This is not denial.
This is healing.

You didn’t forget what happened.
You grew around it, like a tree bends toward the sun after a storm.
The scars remain, but they’re not shackles anymore, they are symbols of survival.
And more than that, they are symbols of a choice.

Because at some point, you chose not to let what once hurt you define you. You chose to be more than what happened.
You stopped arguing with the past and started walking with the present. That’s not weakness, that’s sacred courage and I am so proud of you.

You are not the echo of your past.
You are the voice of your becoming.

Hi my name is Ashlyn,
I just left a voicemail explaining that I saw Tracy almost 16 months ago after a miscarriage and was really struggling. I had the most life changing Ka huna with her and actually conceived my daughter that weekend. She was my 8th pregnancy and my only one without complications and she was everything my soul needed. Her name is Margaux and I am so grateful to Tracy and have desperately been trying to find her to thank her with all my heart ❤️

A little about me.

With deep reverence for the Earth and all that is unseen, I come not as a healer, but as a vessel - one who listens, one who remembers, and one who walks beside those seeking wholeness.

As a child, I was guided by sacred Elders who taught me to dissolve into silence, to become invisible in breath, and to walk gently with the elements. These early teachings connected me with the spirit of Earth, Wind, Water, Fire, and Ether, who became my lifelong companions.

My path was shaped by early trauma and deep initiations. Between the ages of three and six, I experienced great wounding. Yet even within that pain, a teacher arrived in the man my mother married, who unknowingly opened the doorway to the wisdom of the natural world. At six years old, I began to awaken as a daughter of the Earth.

Throughout the decades, I have traveled and sat with many tribes, learning traditions, humbly adopting the way. I have been gifted with the ability to feel what lies beneath the surface, to sense the subtle language of the soul. From this sacred place, I have offered my hands, my presence, and my prayers in support of others for over thirty years.

In 2018, my own life was broken open by domestic violence. In that silence, everything I had clung to fell away. I was emptied. It was here that I surrendered fully, turning to plant medicine, meditation, and the ancient healing art of KaHuna Massage. With the loving guidance of my mentor and therapist of 17 years, I was slowly woven back together.

I do not claim to be healed, only healing. I do not lead, I walk with. My journey continues, as does my devotion to truth, love, and the sacred path of service.

Today, I offer KaHuna Healing as a prayer. Each session is a quiet invitation in an honoring of your spirit, your pain, your longing, and your light. I move with the elements, guided by something far greater than myself. I bow to the mystery that heals us all.

Soaking in the Vitamins after a solid week of sickness.
Is sooo nice to see my daughter up and about after a shocking bout of influenza.
Her little body started feeling unusual Tuesday 16 May & today we sit in the Sunshine to warm our bones.
Honouring and Supporting her health has been an honour as a mother.
My children are my world.
They will always feel supported , seen, heard and loved.
Together we have Life.

Ta**us Full Moon Eclipse Celebrations in our Family has been Amazing.
