LOTS of wins for Michelle lately!! 🏆🔥

Not only did she smash our in club weighted wall sit challenge with an incredible 4+ minutes, she’s also down 13.3kg since we started working together!

When Michelle first came to me, she was at her lowest. She was struggling with autoimmune issues, puffiness in her body and face, and the weight of chronic stress. On top of that, she grew up in the toxic era of “starve yourself to be skinny,” where food felt more like punishment than fuel.

But together, we shifted the focus:
➡️ Building strength over restriction
➡️ Eating for nourishment, not starvation
➡️ Training with structure that supported her body instead of burning her out

The results?
✨ 13.3kg down and stronger than ever

4 weeks difference 🔥

Kiara has put in the work and it’s paying off.

In just a short time we have
-dropped body fat
-gotten rid of cellulite
-started building the foundations of muscle and strength.

For a country that is mostly desert and surrounded by sunshine, it still amazes me how many of us are Vitamin D deficient…🌞🕶️


One of my clients had been feeling really flat, low energy, foggy and dragging herself through each week. I encouraged her to go get a blood test to get her hormones checked out, turns out she is vitamin D deficient.
and she’s not alone

Low Vitamin D has been linked to:
– Fatigue and brain fog
– Low mood
– Weak immunity + bone health
– And an 80% increased risk of dementia. 😳

☀️ Just 10 to 30 minutes in the sun daily is enough for your skin to produce vitamin D. However if you’re spending most of your time indoors, or lathered up in sunscreen every time you go outside, then you’re probably not getting enough sun to make vitamin D.

Here are ways I get myself outside more:
- Morning walks in the sun
- A few minutes outside between clients
- Eating my lunch outside
- Read a book under a tree

If you’re not sure that you’re getting enough, take this as your sign to get some sunshine today. ✨ Your energy, mood, and long term health is worth it.

The winner of our 8 Week Challenge 🥳

A massive congratulations to our incredible challenge winner Leianne! In just 8 weeks she:

- Gained 1.6kgs of lean muscle 💪🏼
-Dropped 6.6% body fat
-Lost 3.1kgs of fat
-Brought her visceral fat down by 2 points!

That’s not just physical change- that’s dedication, consistency, new habits and a mindset shift all in action 👌💯
