Sometimes things come up and I totally understand. For any bookings with us we require 24 hours notice for changes and cancelations. Therefore we can offer your spot to someone else who is also wanting an appointment. Please give 24hours notice not 30 minutes prior to your appointment as we are unable to fill your spot in such a short amount of time.

To change or cancel an appointment just simply message our page.

Please be aware we now have a strict “no show” policy. If you no show us 2 times or more to re book you will be required to pay in full upfront when booking your next appointment and if still a no show there will be no refund. This is something we definitely don’t want to do but we want to keep it fair for all clients. Some days we are super busy and just don’t have enough space for everyone.

Hello to all my lovely clients. Firstly I would like to thank you all for your loyalty this year I’ve had great pleasure of meeting so many lovely people, You all make my job very easy. Unfortunately I will be away on holidays with family from the 24th of December and will return on the 3rd of January. I do apologise for any inconvenience.
