💡 Most of all Homepathy has taught me more about myself, I have more compassion, understanding and insight into my own behaviors and thoughts and feelings.
❤️ There is something so powerful in reading a remedy picture and seeing it mirror back so much of what you know about yourself but haven’t been able to put words to, it free’s you from feeling alone and misunderstood because you can see yourself in a new light.
📖 I cannot recommend learning homeopathy enough even if just for your own use at home or with your family. All you have to do is pick up a Homepathy materia medica and it won’t be long before you’re hooked.

✨ You cannot be made of energy and not be impacted and influenced by the frequency and energy you find around you, and that my friends is why homeopathy shines where all else fails- because homeopathy is frequency and energy medicine and it works with what’s not seen and can’t often be measured.
⚡️That illness you had and never recovered quite right from, that relationship that shocked and rocked you and changed the way you have approached every new relationship since, the drug you took, the sadness you repressed, the way you learnt to ignore your needs, the list goes on and probably it’s mostly baggage and not inherently you.
💗But energy will go around blocks to keep things flowing even if the energy is slowed or weakened or distorted in the process, it will find a way to keep us alive.

Whether you are conscious of it or not energy rules your life.

I would have to say……… everything. If not a little then a lot.
But.
It’s not always instant nor is it always easy because in homeopathy we are working WITH the innate healing capabilities of the body. And everybody’s body is different. Some people’s capacity to heal is quick and painless and some people have to really put in the work.
There is no one size fits all in homeopathy. But I truly believe homeopathy can help ALL bodies.

If your like me and you have children who are so excited on Christmas Eve that they cant sleep and then spend the whole night waking up hoping it’s morning (oooffft it’s exhausting just writing about it) then you need to have a little bottle of homeopathic magic on hand.

That remedy is….. drum roll please……. COFFEA.

The remedy made from coffee with its happy and excited, I just can’t wait picture maybe a bit of irritability, full of ideas, tossing about in anguish, wakeful and nervous excitability.
It’s def a winner in my books. I’ll be dosing every 15mins until my little angels are fast asleep 💤

When I was preparing to give birth to my first son our doula introduced us to the concept of the labyrinth, she was explaining how the birth process can feel like moving forward and then moving backwards all whilst progressing closer and closer to the middle point or perceived ‘end’ before turning around and weaving back out again.
Revisiting where you have been with new perspective.

This to me is the perfect way to describe healing outside of the pharmaceutical model, this is natures way because this is the path that makes us more resilient and more aware. It requires that we heal and grow on all levels and in many ways.

It’s not the easy road by any means and most of the time it has us questioning everything we know and re-questioning it again, it comes with uncertainty and finding peace and calm in the deep unknown.

It won’t be the right kind of healing for everyone and that’s okay but for those who feel called it’s an almost impossible pull that you just can’t ignore.

Colour remedies may seem a little far out there but I am continually amazed by their healing capabilities especially when we have done the deep physical work and there’s that last little push that is needed to get us over the line.

They work just outside our physical body a space we aren’t usually very aware of but one that can become weakened and a leaky spot for our energy, draining us and making us more susceptible to having our boundaries invaded.

Waking up from a crazy dream like ‘What on earth 🤯🤔🙃’, but if we can remember our dreams they can give us vital clues to what might be bothering us unconsciously.
Things we may have suppressed so deep that we don’t even feel aware of them can show up in our dreams to remind us that there’s a reason for our ills.

I had a dream once where the name of a remedy repeated over and over in relation to my sister, she’s a good sport and let me give it to her and in fact it was a powerful match- probably not one I would have thought of for her but I guess my subconscious knew better.
