Separating Scobys from host jar to my Scoby 'hotel'!
Every batch will grow a new Scoby and before you know it your jar is full. You only need one per batch but I normally separate once I have 2-3 in my jar.
Do you keep your Scobys? I just can't throw them away! 🌱🍵
