Our 10-day detox kicks off today, and I just want to give a big shoutout to everyone in our group who’s jumping in—you’ve got this! I can’t wait to hear how you feel at the end of it.

Well… you can definitely tell when I started! 😂
I just looked at my average steps over the past week, and wow—the difference is obvious! Some days I was practically glued to the couch, and then suddenly… hello, 10K steps!
It’s only been a few days, but I already feel so much better just making the effort to move more. Now the challenge is keeping it up!
Has anyone else set a goal for themselves lately? Let me know—I’d love to cheer each other on! 💪🏼

It’s Been a While…
Wow, time flies! I can’t believe I now have a WILD one-year-old keeping me on my toes. It’s been a whirlwind of cuddles, chaos and a whole lot of coffee! 😅😝
Somewhere in the midst of all that, I’ve realized I need to start prioritizing me again—especially my health. It’s not always easy (hello, exhaustion and 10pm bedtime lately!), but I know I’ll be a better mum for it.
Any other mums in the same boat? Let’s cheer each other on—because we all deserve to feel good in our bodies while chasing after our little tornadoes!
