Let's go over some waxing don'ts to start the new year 😊

1. You can not wax over a sunburn, even a slight one. 🫣 it is not worth risking skin tearing.
2. Do not go for a long swim/ bath before a wax, retained water in the skin can increase skin trauma / red patches
3. Certain medications you cannot wax while taking so always double check with your doctor/insert.
4. You cannot wax while having cold sores, they are highly contagious to not only me, and my other clients but it can spread on yourself when waxed so always wait till it has completely gone.
5. You cannot wax over any kind of rash, broken skin, scabs, new tattoos or fresh scars.
6. You cannot wax within the first 6 weeks after giving birth- please get your doctors approval at the 6 week check 😊
