💡 hot tip 1. ! if you ever have to extract something from home .. always ice it after.. this will reduce swelling + increase the healing.. ice is an amazing antibacterial anti microbial tool we use sometimes in clinic also to help soothe the skin post extractions.. we do not recommend to try and extract things at home. Bursting pimples and pustules will cause scarring and marks on the face.. if you use Acu therm it does all the work for you .. and leaves no hole marks or busted broken skin .. apply leave and remove 👍🏼 let it work internally without the damage ✅
