📍 The Grounding Room
So many people are sick at the moment 🤧
One thing I always do, whether I’m sick or not, is gua sha my head and neck.
In Chinese medicine the scalp is full of acupressure and meridian points connected to the whole body. Stimulating them helps move stagnant energy, improve circulation and support the body when you’re run down.
It also helps release tight fascia through the scalp and jaw, which can even help sculpt and lift the face.
Including the scalp and neck makes it a much more holistic way to support your overall wellbeing. 🤍

This is something I hear quite often after sessions. 🤍
Sometimes we don’t realise how much stress and tension our body has been holding until we finally give it the space to slow down.
The amount of tension we hold in our scalp is wild.
I use this bamboo scalp brush from iKOU in my Hair & Scalp Ritual, but I also use it at home all the time.
It gently stimulates the scalp, helps boost circulation and releases that tight feeling we can carry in our head.

Before I ever held space for others, I had to learn how to hold myself.
Through type 1 diabetes.
Through health challenges.
Through motherhood.
Through rebuilding parts of my life more than once.
What I realised was this —
Most people don’t need fixing.
They need safety.
They need their nervous system to soften.
They need someone to see what’s actually going on.
So that’s what I do.
I blend skin therapy, touch, energy work, Human Design and intuitive guidance — not because it sounds beautiful, but because real healing is layered.
This space exists because I needed it once.
And now I get to hold it for you.
