Loving the EO Life

Gosh, can't believe it has been over 2 years since I last posted. I'm definitely still loving using and sharing the essential oils, life has just been super busy running my lighting business as well :)

In fact, I've just applied my faithful InTune and Motivate rollers to help me stay focussed and motivated through until school pick up... Gotta make the most of the next 4 hours :)

Needless to say, essential oils really do integrate with our day to day lives, not just as a reactive to an ailment (though they're there for that as well)

Boxing gloves can be pretty icky 🤢 luckily I have my trusty doTERRA On Guard Sanitising Mist Spray to spray inside after they’ve had a workout👌

I just wanted to share some feedback from one of our team. Their mum was flying on a long flight with stops in Sydney and Bangkok and as a smoker she was concerned with not being able to smoke during this time. Apparently there was also nowhere in Sydney and Bangkok airports to smoke. The inhaler helped keep her calm and ease cravings, which is awesome to hear...

If you have a smoker wanting to give up or in a similar situation where they won't be able to smoke for periods of time then make them up this very simple - yet effective nasal inhaler (note the inhaler does not go up the nose, just place in front of nose and sniff).

I used the following blend of essential oils for the inhaler I made her -

14 Black Pepper, 3 Bergamot and 2 Ylang Ylang.

Lol, you'd think I wouldn't still be so surprised by the sheer awesomeness of our oils but yet I am ;) I had a really upset & crampy tummy all morning.. I just tried to push past it while trying to get work done on PC (mixed with numerous toilet visits) until it hit me 'get the blimmin Digest Zen'...
Why I didn't reach for it earlier I dunno, but man do I feel so much better now.... Guys if you don't have DigestZen already make sure it is on your next months' order.. and if you do have it remember to use it :)
