Happy World Breastfeeding Week 2020🌼

For those who know me, you know how passsonate i am about breatfeeding and doing it for as long as possible.
But i am pleased to say we have finally ended our breastfeeding journey, at 3 years 😪🥴😁
Although it was the hardest thing for a working mum, I will never regret a single minute and i am so incredibly grateful for the connection, love, immunity and everything it has given to my gorgeous girl, Frankie V 💚

For those who have dogs that are family.... a few tips on dog health, supplements and real raw food!
A few of you know I've had some issues with my boy Moo, my 8yr old Papillion. He has severe arthritis and we found a lump on his back....a vet couldnt tell us what it was but recommended a $2k surgery for lump removal and probably 5k plus for leg surgery.
As most of you would know im not a big beliver in the modern health care system and i always try natural alternatives first. if that doesnt work then sure ill see what they say but for me 9 times out of 10 the natural way works.
