I feel SO good when I’ve got a little colour on my skin. I absolutely love Techno Tan radiant bronze dry tanning oil, if you haven’t tried it, ask me for a sample next time you’re in the salon, I hope you love it as much as I do! I apply in the morning (usually on a Friday) before going to work, by the time I’m home I’ve got a lovely tanned glow and it lasts well and truely into the next week. Dark enough to need one coat, but natural enough to re-apply after a few days to give it a refresh.

Don’t forget about your feet 👣 I know that as I’m getting older, I can’t get away with neglecting my feet like I once used to. Cracked heels, calluses and dry cuticles are all things that we could do without (hello thirties and beyond) and makes me think that looking after this area of our bodies is probably pretty important, given the busy lives we live.
