After being stopped twice just now to ask about my vest I thought this deserved a non-work post. This is a ruck vest! After reading Michael Easter’s Comfort Crisis, I immediately took action. My husband and I walk with weighted vests most evenings after dinner. Walking with weight ups the cardiovascular benefits, helps strengthen and tone the body plus its great for my bone health prior to menopause. This is 10kg for anyone interested. I started by throwing dumbbells in a backpack and slowly increased the weight.

The baby wing. I’d consider this a lunchtime treatment. Some swelling can follow but it’s minimal and subsides quickly. This is a beautiful treatment to enhance the lash line with subtlety.
