Tanning Queen
Are you wanting to get a spray tan and don’t know where to start? Don’t worry I got your back.
Start with prepping the skin by removing any unwanted hair and exfoliating your skin from head to toe. Do not apply any products to your skin moisturiser, deodorants etc.
What to wear and bring to your appointment.
• Loosey-goosey clothing to wear to and from your appointment
• Bathers, old underwear or use disposable g string available at the salon (feel free to bare it all if you don’t want tan lines)
• Remove all jewellery and put it some wear safe
• Bring a hair tie and remove contact lenses
Keep in mind that it takes 2 hours for the tan to develop during this time.
• No workouts the sweat can wash away your tan so keep cool.
• No swimming
• Avoid touching or rubbing your tan
• After the 2 hours have a shower till the water runs clear no need for soap or scrubbing
• Pat dry
Aftercare and tips to keep your spray tan glowing.
• Moisturise day and night
• Not exfoliating
• Pat dry
• Moisturise again
• Underarms, hands and face are the first places the tan fades away; try finding a foundation that matches your tan.
The spray tan last 2-3 weeks
