Winter has a way of quietly changing our skin.
It’s often around this point in the season that clients begin noticing their skin feeling tighter, drier or a little more sensitive than usual.

Just completed three incredible days of training with Isabella Loneragan | Skin Therapist | Bowral & Sydney at the The Skinformé Academy | Facial Massage Mastery AU + Online and my mind is full.
We spent the days immersed in the Intrinsic Method, learning to work with the face from the inside out through Buccal therapy, facial sculpting and a deeper understanding of the tissues that shape both how the face looks and how it functions.
The lifted appearance Buccal is known for is only one part of the story. What fascinates me most is its ability to support facial tension, jaw disfunction, circulation, lymphatic flow and overall tissue health.
So much more than a facial massage.
I’m excited to continue refining these techniques over the coming weeks before introducing them in clinic.
