Confidence is more attractive than looks because it shows self-respect, authenticity, and inner strength. It draws people in, creates comfort, and leaves a lasting impression. While looks may fade, confidence grows, making you more engaging and memorable. True charm comes from within—and confidence is the key to unlocking it.

The new age Skin biostimulators are quickly becoming one of the most sought-after treatments in aesthetic medicine due to their ability to stimulate collagen production and improve skin quality without changing the original shape of your face. These injectable treatments, work by activating the skin’s natural regenerative processes, encouraging the production of collagen and elastin. This leads to a more youthful, natural-looking appearance without the need for invasive surgery.

One of the primary reasons skin biostimulators are gaining popularity is their ability to address the root causes of skin ageing. As we age, collagen production naturally decreases, leading to sagging skin, wrinkles, and loss of volume. Biostimulators not only restore lost volume but also improve skin texture, firmness, and elasticity, making them a comprehensive solution for aging skin.

Unlike traditional volumising treatments with hyaluronic acid, which primarily add volume, biostimulators work gradually over time, producing long-lasting, subtle results. This makes them particularly appealing to patients seeking natural-looking outcomes without the immediate, often artificial, effects of other treatments.
Additionally, the new age skin biostimulators are versatile and can be used on various areas of the face and body.
Their ability to create a more rejuvenated, refreshed and natural look is why they are quickly becoming a go-to solution in aesthetic practices.

New research published in the Endocrine Society suggests that regular coffee consumption may help protect against cardiometabolic diseases like heart disease and stroke.

The study found that drinking THREE cups of coffee (200-300 mg caffeine) per day was linked to a lower risk of developing "new-onset cardiometabolic multi-morbidity"—the coexistence of multiple cardiometabolic conditions.

Compared to non-coffee drinkers or those consuming less than 100 mg of caffeine daily, those consuming moderate amounts of coffee saw a 40-48% reduced risk of developing these conditions.

This could be an important finding in the fight against rising cardiometabolic disease rates globally.

Happy coffee days!

As a medical doctor, I would choose joy in life for longevity because while genetics play a role, lifestyle and emotional well-being are critical in determining health outcomes. Joy reduces stress hormones like cortisol, improves cardiovascular health, and boosts immunity. Unlike genes, which we cannot control, joy fosters positive habits such as regular exercise, nutritious eating, and quality sleep. Studies show that optimism and social connections— key components of joy-can significantly increase lifespan. A joyful life cultivates resilience against illness and enhances mental health, proving that our choices and outlook can outweigh genetic predispositions in achieving a long, healthy life Do you agree?
