- Previous colour or chemical history
- Amount of product required
- Time required to complete the service
- Any additional services required to achieve your desired result

Your final price will be determined once your hair has been assessed and the service has been completed.

CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24 HOURS’ NOTICE is required to cancel or change an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may incur our applicable cancellation/no-show fee.

DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are applied towards your final service cost.
