Fraxel is known as the “do-it-all” laser… but here’s where it truly shines.
〰️ While it’s often marketed for everything, its strongest results come from targeting texture + sun damage:
– Flat age spots (seborrhoeic keratoses)
– Fine lines & mild wrinkles
– Solar / actinic keratoses
– Enlarged pores (especially in lighter skin types)
〰️ By creating controlled micro-injury, Fraxel stimulates collagen and gradually remodels the skin - leaving it smoother, clearer, and more refined.
Not a quick fix. A skin investment.
〰️ At Cutis, treatments are tailored to your skin for results that are consistent, considered, and clinically driven. To book - contact our reception team on...

Treatment: vascular laser & retinoids.
Red doesn’t always mean active acne. Those lingering red marks? Often vascular - not pigment, not breakouts. And they need a different approach.
Vascular lasers target the blood vessels causing redness, helping to clear:
• Post-acne redness (PIE)
• Rosacea
• Broken capillaries
• Sun damage
• Spider veins & birthmarks
Treatments are quick, comfortable, and effective - with minimal downtime.
At Cutis, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. With multiple vascular laser technologies available, we match the right device to your specific condition for the best possible outcome.

Been told you need HIFU but not sure if it’s right for you? There’s another option worth knowing about. Here’s how the two compare. 👇
〰️ Not all skin tightening treatments work the same way - and choosing the wrong one for your face can work against you.
〰️ HIFU delivers fast, targeted deep heat. For some patients, that’s exactly what’s needed. But fast heat devices can affect facial fat over time - and for patients where volume preservation matters, that’s an important consideration.
〰️ XERF uses slow, controlled monopolar radiofrequency heating, working gradually and deeply into the skin. The approach supports skin tightening with a much lower risk of affecting facial volume. Think long-term maintenance rather than depletion.
〰️ So which is right for you?
Concerned about volume loss → XERF may be the more suitable option
Looking to address both laxity and volume in certain areas → HIFU may be worth discussing
〰️ There’s no universal answer. The right treatment depends on your anatomy, your skin, and your goals — which is exactly what a consultation is for.

Skin needling on its own is one of the most well-researched aesthetic treatments available. At Cutis, we offer the option to combine it with two topical boosters - Rejuran and Dermalogica exosomes!
〰️ What is Rejuran? Rejuran contains polynucleotides (PN), which are fragments of DNA derived from salmon. Polynucleotides have been studied extensively in Korean and European aesthetic medicine for their role in supporting skin health. When applied during skin needling, the microchannels created by the needles allow the product to be delivered into the skin more effectively than topical application alone.
〰️ What are exosomes? Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles - tiny particles naturally produced by cells that play a role in cell-to-cell communication. The Dermalogica exosome complex we use is derived from plant stem cell technology. Exosomes are an emerging and rapidly growing area of interest in aesthetic and regenerative medicine globally.
〰️Why combine them with skin needling? Skin needling creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which triggers the skin’s natural response. Adding a topical booster at this stage is thought to complement that process - though individual responses vary and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

CO2 laser, one session.
〰️ CO2 lasers are excellent at skin tightening & wrinkle removal. They can reduce pigment & improve skin quality. The Deka Tetra Pro can be used on almost all skin types, however for moderate to heavy settings, skin types 1-2 are ideal.
〰️ Not sure how to approach skin rejuvenation? Come in for a consult with our nurses* or dermatologists and they can provide you with a customised treatment plan to suit your skin goals!
