Please see below some important housekeeping for the salon for the rest of the year…
As we enter the Christmas and end-of-year rush, Kaylie and Jasmine’s books are now full until the new year. This means that unfortunately the salon will not be taking on new clients for the remainder of the year. For our existing clients, please also note we require at least 4-6 weeks to secure your appointment slot. We completely understand that things happen, but if you need to reschedule or make any appointment changes, please be aware that booking in may be difficult and not be possible before the end of 2025. To accommodate flexibility and account for these last-minute changes, the salon will also be enforcing a $50 cancellation fee in the month of December. This buffers the administrative and operational time lost for urgent changes.
