Appointment Booking Policy Update

To help us manage our time and ensure appointment availability for all clients, a 50% non-refundable booking fee will now be required for:
• New clients booking colour services
• Clients who have previously missed an appointment without notice
This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Our valued existing clients with a good attendance history will not be affected by this change and can continue booking as usual.

As a small business, late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps in our day that are often unable to be filled at short notice. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. 💛

Please note that clients who fail to attend an appointment without notice may not be offered future appointments. Our appointment times are valuable, and no-shows prevent other clients from securing those bookings.

Hi, I’m Toni co-owner of Lilora Hair Studio 🤍
I’ve been in the hairdressing industry for nearly 18 years and still absolutely love what I do. While I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, my favourite services would have to be foiling and chemical straightening!
When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually spending time with my fiancé, our two children, and our new puppy.
I’m also a huge book lover and will curl up with a good book any chance I get… although those moments are a little rare these days!
I love baking and anything that lets me bring out my creative side.
