📢 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT- We're moving!📢

From 1 July, our massage clinic will be relocating to our new premises at Unit 2/20 Hedland Place (directly opposite Karratha Wellness Centre).

We would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Hannah, Cindy and the team at PACE for providing such a beautiful, serene space where we've had the privilege of treating and caring for our clients over the past few months. We have truly loved our time there and are grateful for the support and memories we've made.

We're excited for what lies ahead and look forward to welcoming you to our new location very soon.

HOLIDAY NOTICE - Irene will be on holidays in the Philippines from 25 May to 8 June, spending some well-deserved quality time with family ❤️

If your body is feeling sore, tight, or in need of some relaxation, this week is the perfect chance to book your massage with Irene before she takes her much-needed break. Appointments are limited, so make sure to secure your spot 💆💤🙏

Please note that a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded back to you via Stripe after your appointment.

If you are claiming a private health rebate, your deposit will still be refunded — simply pay the remaining gap amount after your massage and your deposit will be returned afterwards.

Please be aware that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are NON-refundable. If you forget your appointment or do not attend (no show), the deposit will be forfeited and an invoice will be issued for the remaining balance of the booking, as no-shows are charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📢

Due to the increasing number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we will now require a 50% deposit for ALL online bookings moving forward.

We completely understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, however, please understand that we are also running a business and need to protect our therapists’ time and availability. Last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to refill the appointment slot, which is also unfair to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Please note:
• The 50% deposit is NON-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is provided for cancellation or rescheduling.

• No-shows will incur the FULL appointment fee. If you fail to attend your appointment or forget your booking, you will be invoiced for the remaining 50% balance of the appointment cost.

• Deposits may be transferred to a new booking if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.

• If you attend your appointment as scheduled, your deposit will be refunded separately via Stripe after your session.

Unfortunately, we have had to implement this policy due to the ongoing operational costs involved, including Irene’s scheduled return flights from Perth, her accommodation, and our commercial space overhead expenses.
