🤍 A Personal Update from Laura 🤍

As we move into the start of 2026, I would like to share something personal with our beautiful salon family.

This past year has been one of the hardest our family has ever faced, with the loss of my partner & our children’s dad. Although we tried to put on brave faces & smile thru the tears by the end of 2025, it was evident that this was no longer sustainable for our family.

Through this heartbreak, the love & support from our clients & community have meant more than words can express. Your kindness, patience, & understanding has helped give us strength on even the toughest days.

As we continue to heal & find our way forward, 2026 will bring a number of changes to the salon as we prioritise our family’s healing, stability, & growth.

These changes will include adjustments to staff, with some familiar faces moving on & new team members joining us, as well as changes to working days, hours, & the services available.

Please know these decisions have not been made lightly, & our goal is to continue providing the care & quality you know & trust, while allowing space for our family to heal.

We will be contacting all clients shortly to discuss your current bookings & the best options for you moving forward.

As we move forward into 2026, I want to say thank you — for continuing to trust us, for showing up, & for being a part of our extended family here at NCB Salons.
