We have some very exciting news to share with you all, keep your eyes peeled tomorrow! 😁

We take a lot of pride in being a safe space for our staff & clients, and respecting the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community. We’re so excited to have this new commission by Trawlwoolway artist, Edwina Green! We worked with Edwina late last year to imagine this custom piece that depicts the 330+ First Nations language groups that are within Australia, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome 😁

This month we feature the clothing brand of a long-time client and good friend Hannah, Uncharted Apparel Co 👕

A relatively new venture perfectly timed for Christmas (😉), it stocks a variety of items with tattoo-inspired designs all available from their online store. Check them out here 👉🏼

FYI I’m a medium (just so you can size yourself up 🙄) and my collection is the last photo (definitely not suggesting gift ideas to make sure I don’t get doubles...)

This week’s pincushion is Brendan who has had intermittent ongoing knee pain for a while now. What keeps it under control? These bad boys 📌

A lot of pain across the front of the knee is attributed to the patella not tracking 100% correctly, often due to fatigue and pain producing trigger points in the quadriceps. Dry needling helps to release these trigger points and get the muscle firing normally again, keeping your patella moving well and your knee free of pain 🙌🏼

As a small business, we have felt the devastatingly tough consequences of COVID lockdowns 😪
To help support the little guys just like us, we’re making a pledge to shift away from big corporations and do our buying from local Aussie retailers instead 🇦🇺
We also thought we’d start recognising some of the ones we deal with, like where we bought this gorgeous String of Turtles plant for the clinic! 🐢🌱
