Over the last few days I attended the most incredible two conferences- Corneotherapy, the microbiome, nutrition, breath work, menopause, the future of skincare and so much more - and that was just Day 1! Day 2 was a deep dive into more about Prologic, the microbiome, lymphatic body and facial brushing and more on the gut- mind connection. It was incredible and my mind is busy trying to figure out how to incorporate it into every treatment- but also: every client.
